ORDER AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE
The Danchima Limited online shop offers free shipping for orders over € 500,-. except for the USA and Africa. For orders below € 500,- shipping costs vary between € 5,95 and € 29,95, according to destination. Please make sure that your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom, so please be adviced that orders placed outside the European Union are likely to incur customs charges when they reach their destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges, and are unfortunately not able to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you would like to have an indication of the charges up front, we advice you to contact your local customs office.
After an order has been placed and the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a track & trace link. This way, you can easily track your shipment and find out when it will be delivered.
Orders placed on weekdays and before 1 PM are normally shipped the same working day. Should you have entered a faulty or wrong delivery address, we recommend you to contact us as soon as possible. Please send us an email when your delivery is delayed and we will inquire with the shipping company on your behalf.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a preferred delivery time. You can find out the expected delivery time via the track & trace link. There is a maximum of four delivery attempts before the shipment is returned to the sender.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Stored in warehouse:
Items of the order have been stored in danchima warehouse and can be shipped out anytime within the free storage period.
Actual purchase cost exceeds the original order payment. User needs to pay for the difference before further purchasing.
Your order may be considered invalid for the following reasons: The price and product name you submitted do not match. The actual item does not have pictures or description. The item is virtual or prohibited.
The order is cancelled due to buyer’s cancellation of order, customs restrictions or other reasons. The refund has been sent to your Danchima account.
Refund initiated due to buyer’s application to refund or seller out of stock. Waiting for seller’s refund.
Your items have been sent back to the seller upon the seller’s consent. Waiting for seller’s refund.
Return and refund completed. The refund has been sent to the user’s Danchima account.
Processing exchange for you after consultation with the seller.
Separated to ship:
The order consists of a number of items, and the seller ships them in different parcels. This item is awaiting dispatch from the seller.
The purchaser need to confirm information with you.
The storage period for the item expires or you have chosen to abandon the item. The system is notified and will destroy the item accordingly.
International delivery fee pending:
Parcel submitted. Waiting for payment.
International shipping fee paid. Waiting for shipment from warehouse.
The item has been sent out.
The item has been delivered to you.
